To prevent severe tube burn-out, only use the 12BH7 6.3V to 6N6 adapters included with the device. Using third-party adapters will cause the 6N6/6H6P/6H30 tube families to overheat their plates and burn-out within a few hours.Short Circuit Hazard
To prevent severe damage to the amplifier and connected headphones, never change the position of driver tube switches while the device is powered on.
